In computer security news, Microsoft's Security Essentials was the only computer anti-virus and malware tested in the AV-Test to fail to achieve certification. MSSE received a score of 10.5 out of 18, coming up short of the 11 points required.
It's a bummer, especially if you depend on MSSE to protect your systems. People love MSSE because it doesn't eat resources, it's not intrusive - especially compared to Norton's update processes - and it's free.
