You wouldn't last five minutes inside my head!
Sometimes I think of something so strange, so dark that I am glad no one can read my mind. Not that i have the capability of doing anyone harm. I could never do such a thing unless provoked. I do on occasion have a hair trigger temper I will admit. It’s getting better over the years. I try to think before i act like a fool most of the time now. Sometimes i still let myself get stupid but I’m working on it.
But, this isn't the dark things I was talking about that you should be concerned with. I'm sure we all remember watching that Wiley Coyote chasing that Road Runner from our youth. This is exactly the kinds of things that go on in my head. Ever since I was a kid I can remember thinking to myself”, why doesn't he just by a 30/30 and shoot the damn bird?" Sometimes I walk into a strange situation that I don't understand and immediately think "I wish that Coyote would drop a rock on this person’s head right about now!" I think we could all use a little Wiley Coyote logic in our lives. What i mean is that we all know or have ran into certain people that need a large rock to fall on them. Maybe just metaphorically, but still a rock!
Also how many people do you know that should fall off a cliff? I know several. I have imagined it many time's in my head. Their falling bodies tumbling down making that whistling noise like in the cartoon. Then Puff, that magic dust cloud as they hit the bottom. Then finding out they are still alive only to realize that damn rock is right above them and CRUNCH!
Now with much info you can tell that I was always on the coyote’s side. You can probably deduce that in fact that was my favorite cartoon. Thoughts inside my head often turn into comedy routines that would fail on most stages and yet it still cracks me up. I just wanted to let you inside for a little treat on how my brain works. I think of life as one long sitcom most times but usually always one of my favorite shows. The problem with this thought pattern is that sometimes. Not very often, you get my favorite show….Dexter!
