Prep Time: 2 to 4 years; Inactive Prep Time: 8 hours per night;
Cook Time: 1 hour; Easy; Serves: One person serving for a whole family (or
significant other) to enjoy.
Ingredients
3 or 4 high goals
1 cup of challenges
Dash of self-motivation
2 tablespoons of extra effort
1 cup of perseverance
Directions
Put all ingredients in front of you and get ready to make the necessary changes in your life. Once your goals are incorporated into your plan for improvement, place the challenges in front of you one by one. At this point, your life should be on purpose and you will find the necessary fortitude to deal with your challenges. If the progress on your goals seems like it is taking too long, add in a little extra effort. Dust your life lightly with self-motivation. Cover your goals with extra effort when needed. At this point your life should be on purpose and you should be engaged, open to opportunity, and have people around you that are on a similar path.
