This is a funny collection of connected stories and a portrait of Jane, a woman maneuvering her way through love, sex and relationships. Two stories from The Girls’ Guide to Hunting and Fishing were adapted into the 2008 film Suburban Girl, starring Sarah Michelle Geller and Alec Baldwin, and Francis Ford Coppola and Zoetrope Films are developing a film which is adapted from the last short story in the book.
