Halfway to Nano
Nano Tool Kit

This past weekend marked the halfway point of the month and the halfway point of the National Novel Writer's Month November (Nanowrimo) challenge.  Write a novel in 30 days (50,000 words).  I celebrated by crossing the 40,000 word mark. I targeted 80,000 for the month (length closer to a full novel) and am tracking well.  In addition to hitting 40,000 right on target i am actually just about halfway through my outline (right in the middle of the second act).

The story has taken a few diversions from the outline but still remains true to the overall theme, which is good.  Had a huge fight with my inner editor during week two but he is now laid out unconcious on the floor at home(hopefully he won't revive until december).

 Onto the second half.
