After a 40 year career in human service/disability field (e.g., acquired brain injury, mental health), during which he published many professional papers and trade books (e.g., Getting Ready to Help, 2003), Marty is now focused on human behavior in a more general way. His first mainstream book, Phoenix to LA, was published in May of 2010. Marty has just released a second, which is titled, Raindrop Races. It is a fundamentally true story about two boys coming of age in the 1960's. After promoting this independently published book, Marty intends to start work on another book tentatively called, Other People.
Pretty clear here...Hemingway, Camus, and B.F. Skinner. I have had a tendency to focus much more on content than style.
Follow-up of "Phoenix to LA" tentatively called "Watching Raindrop Races."
