Songs for Sky?

Thursday I'm off on the sky road to Toulouse, then, God and the GPS willing, to Auvillar.  The phrase my new student Robert offered was "Je vais ficher le camp!"   That either means, "I'm hitting the road," or, more literally, "I am going to screw the entire regiment."   I won't say it at the office until I know for sure!

Are there songs for safe travel?  There are Quechua songs for spirit travel through the heavens.  And other native songs from the point of view of birds and gulls.  I'll go back to them today.  And I'll ask Rabbi Beth if she's got a blessing (she always does!)

Cheryl, are there Hindu chants specifically for travel?

All love and cheers and good wished for your travels, physical, intellectual, spiritual--Marilyn

the most powerful song

the most powerful song that can be sung to protect you or anyone you love is - your song - the song that is sung silently in the folds of your heart, your body's sacred drum...
