where the writers are
memoirs are about our own history
A life in three parts: Hungary, USA, Italy

To write a memoir means to recreate your family history in a hopefully significant way for others to appreciate. My two published memoirs cover the tragic and adventurous stories of my parents and their lost loved ones in the Holocaust in Hungary, our escape to the USA after a life lived under Communism and the succeeding events surrounding my return to Europe, though to a different country.

There is a third section now underway, which details the final illness of my Italian husband  and the succeeding crisis of widowhood in a place where I have no roots. Life has to be recreated once more and in an age-appropriate way: this will be my favourite memoir, once it's done!

“A Century of Love”, was a memoir in English and  Italian, first published as a blog at: http://centuryoflove.blogspot.it and then as book on http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/93188?

My second book, also on published on blurb in English at http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/1934226?utm_source=badge&utm_medium=banner&utm_content=280x160

and in Italian on http://ilmiolibro.kataweb.it/schedalibro.asp?id=623405, was "A life in three parts: Hungary, America, Italy", about my own  life in my three "native" lands.
