When torture is very severe
We want God to interfere
If He comes not near
Saying "I am here"
We develop deep fear
And shed blood tear
As we lose all our cheer
Our mind remains unclear
So God must help dear
Our prayer He must hear
Our life He must steer
Before us He will never appear
He may fill the atmosphere
God is forever our superior
Cleansing interior and exterior.
