The art is all selected.  My youngest daughter (and co-author) asked her 5th grade class and they preferred the aqua version  because it was more "summery."  The final version is on my Bookcrossing bookshelf - http://www.bookcrossing.com/mybookshelf/mtkingsley.  This Young Adult travel journal chronicles our 75 days in Europe last summer while I was on sabbatical.  If you know anyone with tweener daughters (or any mothers of the same), you might check this book out for a summer reading gift.  You'll feel good doing so, too, since all the proceeds will be going to fund ovarian cancer research.
