Lydia Carter's Biography

Born and raised in Danville, Illinois to Bishop Barry Elliott and Pastor Syvera Eliott. Lydia is the 6 of 7 children.  She has been married to  C. L. Carter for 14 years and they have two beautiful children.She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Illinois at Springfield and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Teaching Leadership. Today, Lydia works as an Operations Trainer at a top rated health insurance company.Her passion to write comes from a desire to help and inspire others in her local community. She brings over 20 years experience in biblical studies and 15 years experience in motivational and public speaking.
