My Peep reminded me that that we wrote a blog a while back and never posted it. Why? We had so much other stuff going on, like taking part in National Donut Day, that it slipped our collective minds.

Hey, if you're in the Los Angeles area on Thursday, June 7th, I'll be at Skylight Books reading Truman Capote as part of AND PROUD OF IT: In celebration of LGBT Heritage. It's gathering of straight and gay Los Angeles writers reading the work of Gay and Lesbian authors who inspired them.
Okay, and now . . . through the magic of my ATM (Amazing Time Machine), we're back in Washington, DC. The day before the National Book Festival, to be exact.

We were much more careful this time, especially since there were warning signs everywhere . . .
