VWA: Poems For Haiti is a project run by Caper Literary Journal, a small independent press. It is a project that focuses literary energy toward the tragedy in Haiti. A sad nightmare that is unfolding right now, and while many people do not have the means to donate their finances, we can donate our hope and our creativity. ThroughVwa, writers will have their work posted on the site, along with their bios, and may be asked to contribute to the print anthology of Vwa.
The project has already inspired dozens of writers from all over the world; it has not officially launched yet, but will in a day or so.
The print anthology will come out sometime in February or March, but the blog will continue! Please, spread the word to your friends. All money will be donated to a charity — The American Red Cross.
If you do not write poetry, very short flash pieces are appropriate.
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your Haiti poem, and bio.
Thank you fellow Redroomers!
