I am an author and a journalist with 30 years of communications experience. As a 19-year veteran journalist for The New York Times reported primarily on evolving health and human interest issues that affect our culture. I also served as Director of Corporate Communications Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis) Corporation, where I was responsible for communication tools for the USA’s corporate headquarters, as well as the company’s national and international audience. Prior to my stint at Ciba, I served as media spokesperson for Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, NY, in routine and crisis situations. At the same time, I produced and hosted a weekly talk show, entitled, “Let’s Talk Health” for Westchester-based radio station, WFAS/AM, White Plains, NY.
I am also the co-author of “Kids and Sports,” written with Eric Small, M.D., and eight other ghosted books with doctors. My first fiction, “I Know You by Heart” has recently been published and is currently available at most stores and on Amazon.com, nationwide.
