Review of HANDLE TiME by LiNCOLN PARK -- from TONY PETERS Book Reviews

Lincoln Park- Handle Time (4465 Press 2008) 4.25 Stars

When asked to do this review I was kind of excited. New author for me, and new genre of fiction for me, how can I ask for anymore? For those of you who don't know this, I love finding new authors and enjoy trying a variety of fiction types. Sometimes my new author experimentations fail miserably, but in this case it was a success. I really enjoyed her Lincoln Park's sarcasm and her sense of humor. I will never look at call centers the same way again. Maybe next time I will be a little less rude and hide my irritation at being disturbed.

Lincoln Park takes a humorous look at the world of call centers. It really is quite in depth and everything about it seems to come out in a very laughable manner. I will definitely be reading her next book. Although the language was not great, the reader already knows this going into the book, as it does have a parental advisory on it. I thoroughly enjoyed the laid back manner in this book, and I found myself laughing out loud several times. Lincoln Park is very talented and I expect that she will make it big in the harsh world of authors.

When I was reading this book I wished that I understood some of the (Internet) lingo a little bit more, as Lincoln Park uses it a lot. LOL I already understood, but thought it was overused a tad bit.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a laugh or who just simply loves sarcasm. Great work Lincoln Park!
