I'll be headin' out in a couple of days to something called the Grange in Wrightstown, PA for the STCA nationals. No, I'm not competing in the show. I was quietly asked years ago not to compete as it would, of course, be so unfair to the other Scotties.
No, I'll be handling PR in our company booth - I B Dog Gone - where we'll be selling some kickin' Scottie embroidered items, plus some Scottie cookies, sadly for humans only. Hey, isn't that cannibalism? Anyway, I'll be available for photos and I'll be promoting my two books: Frosty's Story which is the saga of my therapy pet career, and my latest children's adventure, Nurse Frosty and the Big Bingo Balooza. I'll be signing copies available at a special show price and just hangin' out with my Scottie friends.
Our booth is right near the Obedience Trials. I could sure teach those whippersnappers a thing or two since I earned my CGC in 2002. Of course my bro, Tarquin, will be there. Just hope he doesn't embarrass me. He is, after all, a silly Wheatie.
There are lots of shows and dog activities in the area this weekend so I hope if you are nearby you'll stop in and say Hi.
