Lauren Salkin's Biography

A burgeoning writer, Lauren Salkin has had humorous essays published in  ByLine Magazine, The Front Porch Syndicate, Mom Bloggers Clubs, Connecticut Authors and Publishers Newsletter, and The Ridgefield Press. In addition to writing articles for online sites, such as the Underwear-Addict and Unscripted Life, one of Lauren's dark short stories was published in Shroud Magazine. Salkin writes satirical articles on culture, life, and society, as well as humorous/ironic commentary at her blog, Think Spin. Recently, one of her humorous essays on writing placed second in a contest sponsored by the Houston Writers Guild.
