Laura holds a BA in Contemporary Studies and History, as well as a post-graduate certificate in New Media Journalism. She works as a Reporter for a newspaper in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Laura's interests include politics, history and pop-culture. Even though she reads mostly historical fiction and Science Fiction novels, she'll generally read anything that has a good synopsis.

I'm a history buff, and follow politics at alllevels. My hobbies include blogging, and reading books. I volunteer a lot at the local theatre, and serve as a Volunteer coordinator for a local Canada Day organizing committee.
