Kirsten Dixon is chef and owner of three wilderness lodges in Alaska. She has written several cookbooks, including The Winterlake Lodge Cookbook, which won the Best Female Chef Award at the Gourmand International Cookbook Awards. Kirsten enjoys gardening, cooking and living a life close to nature.
