Kimberley Thomas's Biography

I am a non-traditional student continuing my education after a 25-year hiatus from the world of academia. I attend Arizona State University and am on track to graduate summa cum laude in December 2012. I am currently working on concurrent degrees in English and History with my focus areas in each respective subjects being literature and writing, and the history and philosophy of science and technology. During my time at ASU I have found that I enjoy the writing process tremendously, fiction and nonfiction alike, and some of my favorite courses have been those that have allowed for the thoughtful contributions and critiquing of this creative outlet by instructors and peers alike.
