As I mentioned in a Twitter this morning, I had one of those annoying insomnia nights last night, the kind where you toss and turn in bed unable to get to sleep, only to stagger out and end up watching Blackadder videos until the wee small hours of the morning. In my case, it was until 3am, an hour before the hub and I were due to get up (the hub let me sleep in, fortunately, although the dogs refused to go along with that plan longer than two hours). Now, I'm no stranger to insomnia nights--I get them a couple of times a year, usually for no reason. I think last night's might have had something to do with a bit of stress, and the fact that I've been sleeping a lot due to the cold, but regardless, it was a bit annoying.
So here's your Hump Day Question: what do you do when you can't sleep?
