I slept almost 11 hours last night, a night full of wild dreams including sharks and flying and football jerseys. Right now I feel pretty calm considering what's coursing through my veins. It was kind of hard to string ideas together with a coworker this afternoon, but it could have been that I was exhausted from voting. Yeah, I speed-voted. I think the poling people were lonely. They kept trying to push donuts on me, but all I wanted was a sticker. They just can't make it any easier to vote because it's so close to your house and all. It's the ballot book that's a joke. That's what tired me out. I normally look at it a couple of weeks ahead of time and make a cheat sheet, but I only looked at it last night. No wonder I slept 11 hours. What a waste of money and time and paper. Tear here for the trees and their leaves. Somebody really should do something about it...like put it on the ballot for the next election...to reduce the size of the ballot guide...are ya with me?
