Katherine McWilliams's Biography
Member Info
Katherine McWilliams was born in Michigan and raised in Texas. Growing up on the Mexican border and spending summers thousands of miles away in small town America provided much material for her stories. She took the academic route and discovered deep into the game that she did not need to...the stories were always there. During the course of her study she won an award from The Kennedy Center who published her play Babel. In addition, she has been published in The Cafe Review, Magma and The Public House Press Anthology. She is a longtime Litquake reader. Currently, she is at work on a collection of short stories.
