Happiness, fear, loneliness and love are all parts of a state of being that every person experiences in their lifetime. Many Faces to Many Places is a spell-binding three-part animated story of a courageous spirit who, with her unique gift of communicating with nature, takes an extraordinary journey through a world of timeless knowledge.
Judy gives an overview of the book:
It was not a dream. The moment that Many Faces said, “I will, I promise,” Eyes of Faith trailed a light, and as it hit the ground, it formed the shape of a door. It reminded her much of the way that Freedom first came to her. Would the door talk to her as well? She wondered.
“Walk through the door, and don’t look back,” Eyes of Faith instructed.
Many Faces was not about to question Eyes of Faith, at least not now. She walked through it and when she did, it disappeared just like the last time. It was as much of a miracle then as it was now. Many Faces walked straight into the bright new sun and stared at the new land. The first thing she saw was the mountain, then the flowers, then the trees and the small brook that ran between them. The air was fresh and clear, butterflies were dancing, and birds were bathing and singing. In fact, she thought that they were singing the ‘welcome back’ song just for her. Awe forced her to smile. Many Faces touched her lips and hoped that the new smiles would heal her face. “Where are we?”
“Behind you is the past and ahead of you is your future,” Eyes replied.
“Oh, that tells me a lot. All I see is that mountain. Is that where we are going?”
“Yes, Many Faces, but be not dismayed. At the top of this one, the scar tissue on your soul will be dissolved and you will be cured. Consider Mount Splendor and the gift it gave you when you reached the top.”
Many Faces thought for a minute. “Yes, I remember now. I learned of the true nature of beauty.”
“Good. I am glad that you remembered. That tells me that you are not quite as lost as I thought you were. Shall we,” Eyes said as they turned to start the climb.
