Master Classes at Hedgebrook this Fall
Blog Post by Joyce Young - Aug.18.2012 - 11:46 am
Hedgebrook, a resdiency for women writers located on Whidbey Island, Washington, has a Master Class Series that is quite stunning. The fall master classes are being taught by Ruth Ozeki - "Writing and Meditation", Victoria Redel - "Quieting Our Censors" and Robin Swicord - "Storymaking for Screenwriters."

I am grateful for the residency I was gifted with at Hedgebrook 9 years ago. It made a great deal of difference in my writing and granted me peace of mind.

Now that we have tasted hope, this hard earned crust,
We would sooner die than seek any other taste to life,
Any other way of being human.
