While I am a lifelong Alaskan, including my childhood on a remote family homestead on the Kenai Peninsula, my personal and professional life experiences have taken me to unimaginable places locally, nationally and internationally, which have provided me with rich source material for stories, characters, plots and insights for my writing. My wife (born and raised in interior Alaska,) three daughters and I enjoy traditional Alaskan outdoor activities. More info is available.
I read widely, different subjects, different authors, different genres. I read for both content and style. But my primary influences are life experiences.
I am working on a novel, the title of which is tentatively "Strands in the Braid." Synopsis to be posted later.
I do not currently have an agent.
