One Person, One Life.

One Person, One Life.Help make a difference and walk with a purpose. Everyday I awaken and reboot my mind to my highest good.  I enjoy life to the fullest and the beauty of this day with gratitude and appreciation.

Do you ever feel as if you are doing all you are capable of and things still seem to be going in circles? We must ask ourselves, ‘What pattern of thought is creating this feeling?’ ‘How can I change this?’

Where are you in your life right now and what comes up in your mind when these two questions are presented to you? Indeed it is time for change!

Say this mantra above every day for thirty days and see the difference it will make in your entire life. We must be present. We must always be in the now, in the very moment that we are living. It is only when we go too far into the future and into the past that we lose the reality of the present moment. If you awaken every day and commit to celebrating life to the fullest and enjoying the beauty of every day with gratitude, then indeed you are appreciating life and anyone else that is in your orbit. By doing so, you can make a difference; you can walk with a purpose and not only change your life, but perhaps assist someone else that may very well be around you in the process. Trust that those people that are around you are there for a reason. Be observant.

Too often do we become so isolated in our own minds that we fail to see the blessings of the many opportunities that are around us; the very opportunities that might be there to help us move forward and out of the full-circle situation we cannot escape. I share this with you because I believe that we are all on our way somewhere in Theater of the Self; everyone wants something: love, work, health, happiness, business, financial prosperity, a child or anything else you may be creating. We are all like busy little ants in a colony creating and destroying whatever it is we may be working on or finishing. Let us all just Stop, Think and Breathe for a moment and ask ourselves, ‘what am I doing all of this for?’ ‘Why am I rushing to get somewhere or to someone?’ ‘I must learn to master this very moment.’ If you are not happy with where you are in your life, then whatever it is you are working on at that point is initiating this constant “going-in-circles” feeling. Ask yourself, ‘Is what I am creating going to make a difference to anyone but myself? ‘Or can it in fact benefit others as well?’ It is okay to create for one’s self, but you eventually get to a point on your journey when you are just constantly creating and destroying because you are bored, full of self-destruction or you find no satisfaction in what is you are doing. In these cases it is indeed time to make a difference and walk with a purpose, first in your own life and then in others’.

There are people around you right now that can use your help in one way or another. He/she may need a shoulder to cry or money out of your pocket. Perhaps he needs you to introduce him to a friend that is looking for a relationship, or she may be looking for work or creating a business and need help. What difference have you made today living up to your highest good? Once you evolve spiritually and you truly recognize that anything you give to others you are also giving to yourself and know that we are all one then you will change your way of thinking and escape the “going-in-circles” feeling.

Just for today think ‘one person, one life: how can I make a difference just today?’

Loved it.

Hi John,
Just wanted to congratulate you on an amazing blog! I absolutely loved it. Very inspiring and very uplifting.

I wish you every success and happiness as you journey through this life.

It's so lovely to read words, that have such passion and meaning behind them, I think in a very similar way to yourself.

Thank you for making a difference in a world that is really quite selfish at times.

Kind regards
Michelle
