A QUESTION FOR YOU ALL: How big is your EGO?
The ego is a powerful mental and emotional virus on the planet that most people buy into, in one way or another. It is very destructive and serves no purpose to your spirit. It is the dark plains of consciousness or, rather, unconsciousness. Most people confuse ego with being “stuck up” or “pretentious,” but these attributes are just a small fraction of what ego stands for. In reality, the ego is much bigger than that.
This thing called ego has many different rooms, such as: fear, worry, anger, envy, victimization, morbidity, war, lack and limitation. The list goes on and on. What part can you see yourself buying into? In the movie of your life, what role are you playing? Behind most of your thoughts are feelings, and this energy backs up your inner dialogue. Thoughts, words, and feelings are very important. The ego gets its fuel from these sources.
The only way to conquer the ego is not to be a victim of it but to be a victor. It is very important to understand the difference between ego and spirit. The Kingdom of Ego promises you everything that is really nothing: it is a false and poor mockup of the Kingdom of Spirit, which promises you true peace in everything.
The ego is a trap. Some people use their egos and manifest their desires. However, because it is built on ego, it always remains in that energy and therefore attracts likeness to it therefore destructing what it has created. The ego is an energy that must be understood neutralized and released in order to grow into spirit.
Look at it this way. The ego is a false equation for spirit. It is the planet’s view that distracts people from their true dream of being. This is where most would say evil or negative energy exists. The propaganda against the planet that we receive from the media does not help matters: it perpetuates the ego mass, most of the time reporting morbid issues and always looking for more insane things to report about.
Perhaps they should focus on happy news—it is there that the collective consciousness will grow. Until then, the mass ego on the planet is huge. Ego-minded people trapped in their emotions: they are part of huge mass groups, classed under different kinds of ego-type. For example, there is “rage and anger ego,” “morbidity ego,” “fear ego,” “insanity ego,” “lack and limitation ego,” “lust ego,” “judgment ego,” and “resentment ego.” The list goes on, and all kinds of people are operating on these cycles and committing insane acts—this does not mean that everyone who has these thoughts acts on them, but they do contribute to the mass energy of ego. Once you locate the system that you are trapped in you will be able to rise up and reboot, to pull out of it.
For most people who understand this it will truly create a powerful shift in their higher consciousness. Most people are addicted to the feelings that they are used to. Therefore, pulling away from the ego is like detoxifying an addict to get him or her clean. The same process is involved with separating from the ego mass that you may have become attached to. The key here is to locate what you are feeling and thinking about most of the time, so that you can realize what you are feeding on every moment. There is no ego in spirit. Spirit is pure energy, untainted by ego. Spirit has no enemies. The ego is a false system created by man in some way to achieve power. The power of God consciousness or universal consciousness (whatever you choose to call it) is the only power there is. Anything opposing this power would be a false rendition of its nature. The best way to hone in on the ego voice within is to listen closely to what your thoughts are. Is the inner dialogue in a struggle? Do you find yourself having mini fights with someone? All this is simply a true waste of your time and energy.
Change poison into medicine and use forgiveness and let go. Begin to have thoughts of what you want in your life, not of what you don’t want. The more you focus your attention on creating your desires, the faster you will get there. The difference with creating from spirit verses ego is that spirit will take you there with ease, joy, and glory, whereas with ego you may be competing to get that result through mentally attacking others.
Anyone who pays allegiance to the Kingdom of Ego will suffer their own demise, until they return home to the Kingdom of Spirit. When you find yourself stuck on a negative emotion neutralize the thought and begin to focus on a happy result. Use that energy. It is all yours, available there for the purpose of living your life. You have choice (now that you know that you own choice) in what is going on in your own head. Are you going to continue to write your drama from ego, or are you going to perform your comedy or another adventure from spirit? What choice will you buy into, the Kingdom of Spirit or the Kingdom of Ego? Every day—or rather every moment—you must die to your fears of the ego-mind and use mindfulness to remain intact and have a fearless spirit.
I dissolve my ego every moment and choose to live in
spirit. I have peace of mind.
