I waited a few days after Veteran's Day to post a blog to allow my "Bile and Ire" to subside somewhat. I feel that now the overall situation for Veterans care is becoming bleak indeed. We have so many young men and women returning with severe trauma and mental issues who are not being properly cared for as it is.  Now, with looming budget cuts and cost reduction measures, which will certainly include the VA, will their care be even less effective and available than it is now?  The situation now is a travesty!  What will it be like in two years?  Just thought I would let you know how I feeel about the subject. I will continue to lobby Senators,Congressmen, and other elected officials as I have for the past thirty years or so on behalf of the Veterans in the hope that if enough of us do it, It might make a difference.
