Bad breath is caused by bad diet; particularly a combination of dairy products including eggs, flour products, meat and sugar. It develops by several methods and all of the ways occur at the same time. Since every system in the body is connected, if you're constipated (like 90% of North Americans are) the toxic material in your bowels that include several types of acids and gases including methanethiol, hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg smell) and dimethyl sulfide causes a systemic back up just like a blocked sewer system. The blockages cause the colon contents to putrify and the active putrification, already a liquid, migrates through the colon walls and toxifies the blood.The medical profession only recognises a blockage in the large intestine as constipation. But if you think about it objectively, you realize that the sludge that constipated people have passing through their colon walls eventually blocks up everything including arteries, veins, tonsils and adenoids. It's called Systemic Constipation. You read about that in a previous chapter.Such abuse eventually causes the tonsils and adenoids in the back of the throat to become first inflamed, then after more dietary abuse, infected. As the abuse continues, the tonsils and adenoids go from being infected to impacted with little rocks very much like kidney stones. The stink is fierce and you can imagine that mouthwash, gum or apples are only a very temporary and unsatisfactory solution. If you have no tonsils or adenoids, the putrification happens in other areas of your body including liver, pancreas, bladder - all of your major organs in fact as well as your skin. So bad breath and body odour are indicators of the same thing - stupid diet. In addition, our gums can become infected then inflamed and eventually gingivitis sets in and our gums start to rot around the roots of the teeth. Teeth fall out. That's our reward for not flossing, brushing and most importantly, irrigating with a water pik or other similiar device.A third problem is with the tongue. People who insist on the bad diet I spoke of earlier eventually clog up their entire bodies and at that point the body starts using every option to clear out the rot. The tongue is a popular candidate. You can spot a chronically constipated person by simply looking at their tongue. If it's coated, it's loaded with bacteria feeding on the slime exuded by the tongue. The bacteria defecate on our tongues continuously. Once the tongue is coated, things are really out of hand and bad breath is a certainty and unavoidable.Lastly, most people can't digest dairy products properly because for the first two and a half million years of our evolution, we weren't consuming dairy products. We didn't own cows, goats or anything else. They and flour products are very recent introductions to the human diet. We were scavengers who ate mostly vegetable material and fruit in season while pillaging the odd kill by a predator. In between, we snacked on mice and insects. Insects were our first vitamin pills. In the stomach of a systemically constipated person, these phony (processed) foods ferment and start rotting right in the stomach. Drinking milk to relieve an acid stomach merely entrenches the problem and sets the stage for major thoroughly unpleasant health complications.There is only one real cure for bad breath. All others as you can imagine are temporary. The cure for bad breath is to change your diet to mostly vegetables and fruit, then learn to fast. Fasting is a technique that allows every cell in your body the opportunity to purge itself. It's the same concept as changing the oil in your car. If you don't clean out the dirty oil and sludge, eventually the engine fills with sludge and the engine develops bad breath too - it starts burning oil and clouds of blue smoke puff out the tail pipe.Anyone who tells you that bad breath can be cured with some mouthwash, antibiotics or other remedies is basically lying through their teeth or is completely clueless on the subject. Apart from fasting, the body needs mostly vegetables and fruit with a little meat now and then for vitamin B-12. We don't manufacture this vitamin so we all need it but we don't need much - an almost microscopic amount. Red meat is the best source of Vitamin B-12 so at some point even people who think they are doing animals a favour by taking a pill or having a B-12 injection are still getting their B-12 from a dead animal. While cleansing the body, any form of dairy product, flour product, rice and bananas are all fibreless foods to stay away from entirely. Meat is a two or three times a week thing at most. Fasting does not start to be effective until after the third day of the fast. Not eating for one day is simply not eating. Nothing happens other than you are hungry and under-motivated. On the third day, hunger disappears.During the fast, you consume only water, real freshly prepared by yourself fruit and vegetable juices. That is it. You continue the fast until your body tells you to stop and it will. By the fourth day of the fast you start feeling pretty good and keep feeling better as your body dumps toxins into your urine. You can fast for up to three weeks once you get the hang of it. Keep in mind that it's not an endurance contest, you are merely expelling toxins at a comfortable pace.Constipation can be a problem during fasting. If it is, fibre supplements can be taken to replace bulk in the colon. When coming off the fast, your colon is empty like a plastic bag. If you start off eating a bulky meal as your first meal, you risk causing a kink in the colon weighted down by the blob of food. This type of blockage often needs major surgery to correct and it has to be done before pressure builds up and you have heart failure. So your first meal should be mostly liquid like vegetable soup in small portions. Gradually re-inflate your colon.Before fasting, you should consult with your doctor to make sure you don't have a condition that could make that condition or conditions worse.Bad breath is a sign of a filthy, body that is rotting from the inside out. It is an important symptom that most people do not take seriously. It is also a symptom that generally takes years to aquire because it simply takes time to pollute all of your body's cells. As such, we can't expect to cure bad breath by fasting once. It often takes years to fully defeat depending on how old and polluted you are when you finally start to deal with it. You didn't wreck your body in ten minutes so you can't expect to restore it in ten minutes either. If your doctor has bad breath, that should tell you something pretty scary about him or her. How can you trust a doctor with bad breath to know how to improve your health? You can't.
