The unasked question is the worst kind. It never receives an answer, not a shrug, not a IDK, not yes or no. It never hears itself spoken, yet is asked over and over and over again in the mind to the point of distraction.
How to get the unasked question out of the mind without it actually coming out of the mouth becomes a new question altogether. Is it even possible?
