I read one old blog of Mr.F.Meekins in 'members blog' page. However it was written in Jan 09, I would like to comment on this. Blog was as below.
I am not a fan of ‘Deepak Chopra’ or I would like to say not a disciple of any Guru, but what ‘Deepak Chopra’ says or writes in his books is not his own creation. This is written in Hindu, Buddhist scripture long before,e.g. 5000 B.C. What he wanted to say is to be taken as per one’s state of mind and not in real form. You can be out of any situation or thing or episode by improving this state of mind. It doesn’t means that you are not there, you are there, but now you can understand your real existence being a small part of this universe. I don’t know Mr. Chopra has achieved that state in real life, but one can not do mockery of oldest theory of ‘living soul and god’s relation’ described in BHAGAVAD GEETA.
Dear Frederic, what you believe is true at extreme materialistic point of view and what Mr.Chopra says is also true at an extreme spiritual point. It is sad that if similar thing was written by unknown person or a Hindu saint, nobody would have noticed it. Mr. Chopra has done it by using his skill to popularize, propagandize and marketing. But fact remains fact.
