Living a life unoffended

It's easier said than done. But as kuya Paul has said, its essential for growth.

Offense is instinctive. We are all offended in someway, however humble one may be. All because of the fact that we all have a sense of pride. Human capabilities alone cannot achieve something like this. I'm not saying that living a life unoffended is impossible. We can do it of course but with help from above.

All I am saying is its hard not to take offense. That is if you really care about people.

Why do people take offense in the first place?

Ego? Pride? Oversensitivity?

On the part of the one who gave the offense?

Bitterness? Ego? Pride? Insensitivity?
