It's been a long time coming, but my first novel, CARNIVAL OF FEAR, is going to be released on Oct. 10, 2010. It is the story of a group of teenagers trapped inside the haunted mansion at a demonic carnival. They have to fight for their lives as fictional monsters - including Frankenstein, aliens, vampires, werewolves, and even Satan himself - come to life and attack. The final showdown takes place in Hell, and along the way more than a few lives are lost.

CARNIVAL OF FEAR is available for preorder beginning Oct. 7, at http://www.gravesidebooks.com at a 20% discount.

Praise for Carnival of Fear:

JG Faherty’s CARNIVAL OF FEAR takes us into a world where survival of the fittest is a gross understatement and fear is the norm. In this page-turning novel, Faherty goes about proving once and for all that hell does exist—and you needn’t be dead to find it. It finds you. A must read!  --Deborah LeBlanc, author of THE WOLVEN and WATER WITCH

CARNIVAL OF FEAR is a runaway freight train barreling across the genre landscape. Aliens, demons, werewolves, vampires, and zombies...this bad boy has them all! The prose is as sharp as a freshly stropped razor, the cast of characters true-to-life, and with The Proprietor, Faherty has created the kind of evil that seeps through the pages. JG Faherty grabs the reader by the throat and never lets go. -- Michael McBride, author of IMMUN3 and INNOCENTS LOST

CARNIVAL OF FEAR is deftly crafted and populated with characters you can believe in and root for, making their fear your fear. Now roll up, roll up and experience the terror and exhilaration because you’re in for one hell of a ride. -- Shaun Jeffrey, author of THE KULT and DEADFALL

CARNIVAL OF FEAR is aptly named--Faherty takes us on an outrageous journey into nightmare that's equal parts Bradbury and Barker. From the opening page, this one rips into high-gear and takes you on a funhouse ride you'll never forget." --Thomas F. Monteleone, Stoker Award-winning author of more than 36 novels and several anthologies

"As a person who loves Carnivals, Haunted Houses, Halloween, and Horror, this book has everything I could hope for! No matter what time of year it is, this book will transport you to a cold October night filled with fun and fear!" --Richard Christy, from Charred Walls of the Damned and Sirius/XM Radio
