After spending the better half of a century (50+ years) making and breaking resolutions, I've finally made one that I know I can keep: Make good choices. Whether its eating, exercising, or spending money, I'm determined to make better choices in 2011. Think about this. Making better choices empowers me to be a better person. So when I sit down at a restaurant and am looking over the menu, I simply remind myself that I will make better choices in 2011. This holds true for spending money and exercising. I'll let you know how I did with this resolution about the same time next year. Good luck with yours.
