An 11 year old kid, Izzy, breaks in to other people's apartments in his tenement building -- not necessarily to steal, but as a coping mechanism to deal with a world filled with stimulus too intense for him to process. It's a sometimes joyful and fiercely realistic portrait of a boy and and his family figuring out a way to survive.
