"There should be a relationship between word and meaning, between shadow and substance, between symbol and reality. For these reasons, we should say what we mean and mean what we say, or be silent." - Udo W. Middelmann
Generation to generation, people from all cultures have asked themselves about the role of human beings in life and what are we here for? Some have found the answer; however, there are a lot of people out there, for who these kinds of questions are still on their minds, and are so far from being answered. We can find different reasons for which we human beings are here. Nonetheless, one thing is clear: besides clothing, eating, or health care, we also need at least three innermost elements to live. Those elements are faith, hope, and love. No matter the way we define those elements; their meaning in reality is worth. If we have hope, faith and love, it is going to be easier to deal with stress or depression, and overcoming a difficult situation such as a loss of a personal life goal or an unrequited love, for instance. I would say that we are really lost if we lack the meaning of our life. Something I learned some time ago was that enjoying life is a tougher task than I thought. For this reason, it is better to get all the motivational weapons we could need since we are able to do it. People can get inspiration and motivation from different sources such as music, novels, poems, beloved persons, and the list goes on. Nevertheless, motivation is like well water: you know that water is there, but there is to learn to get it. I am sure that finding the reason what we live for is one of the most important subjects that we can learn nowadays.
