Avatars and holographic feelings
Those are the ones that hurt most
The divine dimples of smiling faces
The shades swaying on transparent white
And the cascading "comments"
Of passers by…
The history engraved on the walls…
The joys, the pains, the secrets of waterfalls…
All gets swamped
Memory left to dig, gather, and store what it can
You go "Home" again
Check if the pigeon came back
Brought some "note"
From distant lands
Carried a "message"
That’s how connection thrives
Leans on expectation
The feverish tracking of figures
on those little red squares
The ultramarine bubbles and their rainbow threads
The thumping of boards when it is barren blue
And the waves that subside
When the riot of pink is met with a
Latitude of brown…
An inner voice says to you: “but that is another world”
You come back to this world
Find yourself on
“The other side of paradox”
