Holly is proud to have worked with the American Diabetes Association, the Arthritis Association of Louisiana and an accomplished oncologist to also develop cookbooks with recipes built to alleviate symptoms for diabetes, arthritis, and cancer.

In the spirit of quick and answering the question “What do I prepare for dinner?” Holly has released a phone app, Mobile Rush-Hour Recipes to download her signature recipes with shopping list, photos, serving suggestions and nutritional information.

Holly was recognized as one of the Top Louisiana Chefs of 2011 by The ACF of New Orleans.
Holly lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the heart of some of the best seasoning and local ingredients which has given rise to her career.
I am author of the trim & terrific cookbook series and Eating Well Through Cancer. I try to make a difference for today's busy person with easy, delicious and healthier recipes. I have partnered with the American Diabetes Association for my diabetic book, which is their best selling book with the ADA.
