Trailer for the film Xiu Xiu: The Sent-Down Girl (天浴) based on the author's short story "Celestial Bath."  This film, directed by Joan Chen, won seven Golden Horses (Taiwan equivalent of the Academy Award) in 1998: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Music, Best Original Song and Best Adapted Script (Geling Yan and Joan Chen).   The only trailer we could find on YouTube was for the Japanese version, but it gives a feel for the movie.
