At its worst it can be as deadly as an earthquake that triggers a Tsunami , that in turn  triggers a nuclear reactor meltdown; and 'All Things Considered ' being connected,  one can easily trace the trail of a biased and flawed urban education system to it's aftermath: a disproportionate number of urban citizens who are unemployed ,and linked to that to  certain illegal drug activities which ultimately lead to an introduction to incarceration. 

And the fact that people like Donald Trump, The Tea Party, and the mainstream media have align in an attempt to destroy the credibility of this administration  is confirmation enough that  that 'systemic racism' is still one of the largest institutions in America.
