People noticed the birds could fly

And spring came on an April's day

Captains and soldiers

Ignored the general's orders

And marched over the Capital

People took the street

And shouted for Freedom

And for the end of war

After 48 years of winter

Spring came and brought

A Revolution without blood

The tyrants surrendered

Flowers took the bullets’ place

People began thinking again

And re-learned Democracy

Until when?
