A short story of mine has just been accepted for an anthology named 'The Wild' - the theme, of course, being the intersection of us with it, or them, as the case may be. The story has been knocking around for a few months, looking for its proper home.
New readings are in the offing - phew - I've been in reading withdrawal, self-imposed, since readings require writing.
The summer is off to a fine start. My friend Megan, who I mention in my very first blog for Redroom.com, is back in town from grad school for the summer, and trouble is afoot. In Portland, Oregon, the chill is off; warmth and fun has returned.
