The Edge of Maybe with Ericka Lutz / Laurel Book Store 4/14

Mar.03.2012

Meet our own Ericka Lutz and help us celebrate the release of her novel The Edge of Maybe. Adam and Kira Glazer live a Northern California liberal lifestyle, entering middle age with politically correct values, an obsession with gourmet organic food, and no idea what has happened to their punk rock, adventurous youth. Then, a shocking reminder of the past lands on their doorstep. Adam, Kira, and their 13-year-old daughter Polly take on freeways, yoga classes and junk food, face dark truths and blood secrets, and drive-alone and together-all the way to The Edge of Maybe.

"I thoroughly enjoyed this book! The story, the familiar locations, story of a complex situation within a family and the exploration of what family even means. Ericka draws distinct and recognizable characters and creates a story that makes you keep turning pages to see where it will all lead." ~Luan (owner, Laurel Book Store)
