For want of a better caption I have settled for the above.My message is simple ,almost pedestrian.Whenever the ticket has a VP who is more popular/charismatic than the Presedential candidate then it becomes a recipe for disaster when the vote is taken.In 2008,Sarah Palin burst on the scene and made headlines.More headlines thanPaul Ryan.And then what happened?It blew up in the GOP face.Why?The American public is difficult to be fooled.They want a President who calls the shots,not a VP who leads the president around on a leash.

Paul Ryan is fitting the Sarah Palin model,almost to a detail,except that he is male.The crowds are rolling out ,the media lights are flashing,but on election day Americans will cast the vote ,not for a Vice President to lead them ,but a President,assisted by an able VP.

So,if I were Barack Obama,I wouldn't be too worried about the Paul Ryan fan club,or that Paul Ryan is being financed by the ''Casino Royale'',for at the end of the day that's all that it will remain:the Paul Ryan fan club.
