I was first published in my early twenties - short stories for magazines. Very much later, and after I'd had two children, my first children's book, THE TIME TREE, was published by Walker Books, and now, many years later, it's being developed and pitched as a film script by Wild Thyme Productions UK. Currently I'm published by Franklin Watts (the Twisty Tales and Leapfrog series) and I have two picture books coming out next year, one with Little Tiger Press, and one with Top That Publishing.
Sadly (as publishers tend, hypocritically, to put it) many of my earlier children's books went out of print, so recently I've been re-publishing them as ebooks. There's a collection of ten of them out there, mostly on Amazon Kindle, but also on Kobo. The reader ages range from around seven/eight to Young Adult. The most important of these, FOR MARITSA WITH LOVE, published by Simon & Schuster in 2001, will probably come out as an ebook early next year.
