Echo was selected out of a field of 25 writers nationally to write DREAM NO LITTLE DREAMS: How Clay Mathile transformed The Iams Company into the leader of the pack in the world of pet nutrition (the authorized biography of Clayton L. Mathile, former CEO/Chairman of The Iams Company published in 2005). She served as the ghostwriter of TALES FROM THE TOP by Graham Alexander (Nelson Business 2005), which was recommended by the Harvard Business Review Online. She wrote HOW TO MAKE A BUCK AND STILL BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING (HarperBusiness 1992), lauded by the Wall Street Journal, Inc. and several other publications.
