Script Lab 5, Frankfurt/Main

…was founded and developed by Alan Taylor in Frankfurt/Main in 2003. It is a nine-month programme in five stages, 100 hours, and comprises a series of seminars, workshops and Guests Speakers from the film and media industry.
Each participant was focused on delivering their own completed full-length first-draft film script (TV of film). Below we can (just) see Ingo Fliess covering aspects of the business in his offices at Verlag der Autoren in downtown Frankfurt.
Each stage therefore considered the breadth and depth of screenwriting both as an art and a craft. Each stage also included a welcome break by the nearby banks of the Main river!
The references, in German, are from a SL5/2 participant and the Frankfurt Filmhaus.
Altogether, this is a very thorough, penetrating
study that furnishes a valuable perspective
into the American media system.
