I was born in the Pacific Northwest in 1958, at the end of the Baby Boom Era. I've been married since 1977 to one of my high school friends, aka "my high school sweetheart". We have six children, four of whom joined our family through adoption. I "retired" from banking many years ago and am now a mom, adoption volunteer and wannabe drummer and writer.

Interests & Hobbies
I'm passionate about adoption, but with a houseful of kids, there isn't much time for other hobbies. I do wake up before five every morning to workout for an hour with my husband; it's my favorite way to start the day.
