Davida Adedjouma is an award-winning writer, editor and teacher. Her poetry and short stories have been anthologized in the U.S. and France. She has had three children's musicals produced at SteppingStone Theatre in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her short story, "Bingo," was read on Broadway by award-winning actress Hattie Winston. Davida is releasing two books in May 2011: her first collection of poetry, The Barbie Chronicles: Revisited, and her second collection of short fiction, The Dirty Side of Midnight. She has received numerous literary fellowships from such prestigious organizations as the Bush and Jerome Foundations. Adedjouma is a licensed social worker and life coach living in New York City.
